The Role

What you can expect

This individual will play a pivotal role in enabling our partners to independently deploy and install the different Zoom products across CCaaS and UCaaS solutions. You will be responsible for driving the strategic vision, planning, and execution of the partner certification program. You will work cross-functionally to define certification standards, create training materials, and establish metrics for partner success.
 

About the Team

The Professional Services Organisation are responsible for managing the designing and deployment of Zoom Phone and Contact Center solutions.
 

Responsibilities

  • Having Curriculum Design: Develop partner-facing training materials, workshops, and certification criteria, in collaboration with internal subject matter experts from product management, professional services, and sales.

  • Having Standards & Best Practices: Define and enforce best practices for partner deployment and installation methodologies, aligning with industry standards and company policies.

  • Having Performance Management: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track partner certification progress, deployment success rates, and customer satisfaction post-installation.

  • Processing Optimization: Continuously improve and refine the certification process to ensure scalability and adaptability as the partner network expands.

  • Having Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate the program’s progress, impact, and key milestones to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

What we’re looking for

  • Have Bachelor’s in Information Technology, Business, or related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in channel partner enablement, professional services, or program management within the technology, UCaaS, or CCaaS space.

  • Have knowledge of CCaaS and UCaaS solutions and their deployment requirements.

  • Have project management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), partner management platforms, and project management tools.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$146 000,00

Maximum:

$319 400,00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
