Job Description

  • Driving strategic growth initiatives and providing best-in-class operational excellence for all B2C Connected Partners across the region
  • Rate parity & connectivity 
  • Key stakeholder management 
  • Staying abreast of digital & e-commerce advancements 
  • Management/ prioritization of strategic B2C accounts projects/initiatives 
  • Utilizing Data to make strategic decisions resulting in added value and performance

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in similar related role
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in managing projects in the online distribution space 
  • Minimum of 1 year of team management
  • Strong operational & project management skills 
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools (Tableau etc.)
  • Knowledge of hotel distribution and online travel agencies 
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • High attention to detail 
  • Second language advantageous (Southeast Asian language preferred)
