What you’ll do

  • Single point of contact for large Kyriba ISV customers (Workday and similar) from project scoping, SOW/PSA preparation and execution working with both Kyriba legal and Professional Services to finalize all contracts for project execution.

  • Working with both internal Kyriba Professional Services and Kyriba Implementation Partners.

  • Coordination with the Partner Director and the ISV's salesforce for project scoping and pipeline reporting.

  • Single point of contact for large Kyriba ISV customers (Workday and similar) from project scoping, SOW/PSA preparation and execution working with both Kyriba legal and Professional Services to finalize all contracts for project execution.

  • Provide weekly detailed status reports on all projects back to the ISV customer including projects in implementation and scoping.

  • Working with the license team to ensure proper delivery of contracted modules, users and appropriate licenses. 

  • Working closely with the Partner Manager running the global relationship to ensure growth and assisting in net new bookings.

What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience in delivery management, professional services, or alliance operations within enterprise SaaS or Fintech.

  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-party engagements involving ISV partners, system integrators, internal services teams, and enterprise customers.

  • Strong working knowledge of SOW/PSA/contract processes and comfort coordinating across Legal, Finance, and Professional Services functions.

  • Experience with project management status reporting, pipeline management, and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).

  • Excellent communication skills.  You can seamlessly translate between technical delivery teams, commercial partner managers, and executive stakeholders.

  • Self-directed and operationally strong.  Capable of building processes, running the process, and improving the process without being asked.

  • Experience with treasury management, payments, bank connectivity, or enterprise finance technology.

  • Familiarity with Workday or similar large enterprise platform ecosystems.

At Kyriba we value pay transparency and fairness. 

For new hires, the annual base salary range for this role is $129,285.00 - $163,507.50 based on a full-time schedule. Salary can progress beyond this range through sustained performance and demonstrated success in the role. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for variable compensation (eg. performance bonus or commission-based plan) and a long-term incentive. The final package will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and qualifications. Skills Required

  • 5+ years of experience in delivery management or professional services within enterprise SaaS or Fintech
  • Experience managing complex engagements with ISV partners and enterprise customers
  • Strong knowledge of SOW/PSA/contract processes and coordination across Legal, Finance, and Professional Services
  • Experience with project management reporting and CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and executive stakeholders
  • Self-directed and capable of building and improving processes
  • Experience with treasury management or enterprise finance technology
  • Familiarity with Workday or similar enterprise platforms
