What you'll do @Omnisend:
- Partner Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new digital marketing agencies into the Omnisend Partner Program.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with agency partners, acting as their main point of contact and advocate within Omnisend.
- Training & Enablement: Provide agencies with the necessary training and resources to effectively sell and implement Omnisend solutions for their clients.
- Co-Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute co-marketing activities, including webinars, case studies, and joint events.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partner performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve partner engagement and success.
- Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to ensure that agency partners are effectively driving revenue and meeting their targets.
- Feedback & Improvement: Gather feedback from partners to help improve our product offerings, support processes, and partner program.
- Travel: Occasional travel to meet with partners and teams in person will be required to be successful.
We expect that you'll bring:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or a similar role within the SaaS or digital marketing industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, particularly eCommerce, email marketing, and marketing automation.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Relationship-Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal teams.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and international team environment.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, global environment with changing priorities.
- Non-Negotiable Qualities: Growth mindset, ability to learn quick, a mindset to contribute as an important part of a team and a focus on outcomes not outputs.
- Bonus: Previous experience in and/or knowledge of Email and SMS Marketing automation.
