Responsibilities
- Collaborate with game publishers to facilitate the onboarding process of their new titles onto the Codashop and other Coda-owned platforms.
- Provide guidance and support to game publishers regarding Codashop features, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the platform's functionalities.
- Provide guidance on content and SKU submission on our self-onboarding portalWork closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of game titles into the Codashop ecosystem.
- Monitor project schedules and milestones, ensuring that the onboarding process stays on track and new titles are launched on schedule.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any integration-related issues or challenges that may arise during the onboarding process.
- Maintain effective communication channels with merchants, keeping them informed about the progress and status of their onboarding projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product management, commercial team, pricing team, and customer support, to address any merchant-related inquiries or concerns.
- Follow up with feature requests and communicate them to the product team, providing insights and rationale behind the suggestions.
- Assist in product maintenance activities, as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluency in both written and spoken Chinese.
- Good command of the English language for effective communication with a diverse team and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the gaming industry or a related field involving software integration.A strong understanding of software integration processes is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with merchants, development teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset, capable of identifying and addressing integration challenges effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.
