Role Purpose:
Partner Enablement Manager owns dealer training, certification, and content to ensure every new dealer is selling-ready.
Key Responsibilities:
Manages Dealer Certification Program: 100% of active dealers certified; average certification time
Create Dealer Playbook: Comprehensive playbook V3+ live with consistent update
Competitive Intelligence: Monthly competitive briefs to all dealers
Required Qualifications:
Proven ability to design and deliver virtual B2B partner training programs (LMS-based) from scratch. Must show portfolio of past playbooks and certification programs they personally created.
3-7 years in partner enablement at a B2B tech company with dealer networks (Cisco, HP, Schneider, ABB); virtual training expertise; technical aptitude for robotic products.
Ships V1 fast and iterates: first playbook within 4 weeks, not 6 months.
Has dealer empathy: understands rural Germany dealer differs from central London dealer.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Working location: Changi (will be shifting to Punggol in early May 2026)
Skills Required

- Virtual training expertise and ability to ship a V1 playbook within 4 weeks and iterate rapidly
- Technical aptitude for robotic products
- Experience building and managing dealer certification programs with metrics (target: 100% active dealers certified)
- Ability to create and maintain a comprehensive dealer playbook (continuous updates, V3+ live)
- Dealer empathy and ability to tailor enablement for diverse dealer personas (e.g., rural Germany vs central London)
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Willingness to work on-site in Singapore (Changi, relocating to Punggol in May 2026)
