The Role
The Partner Education Consultant will be responsible for ensuring that all partner-facing training and enablement materials are current, comprehensive, and aligned with the latest FloQast product developments. This role will focus on continuously evaluating and improving the onboarding and training methods to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. The Partner Education Consultant will play a critical role in ongoing education and enablement to ensure partners stay updated with the rapidly evolving FloQast products.  Additionally, this role will be responsible for working with the Partner Enablement Managers in creating and maintaining Partner Implementation Consultants (PICs) onboarding materials and training.

What You'll Do:

  • Training and Enablement Material Management:Develop, update, and maintain all partner-facing training and enablement materials to reflect the latest FloQast product features and updates. Ensure consistency and accuracy in training content across all platforms and materials.
  • Onboarding and Training Improvement: Evaluate current partner onboarding and training methods to identify areas for improvement. Implement streamlined and effective training processes that enhance partner knowledge and engagement. Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements. Evolve the current certification and recognition process Create a formal onboarding and training process for Partner Implementation Consultants (PIC)
  • Ongoing Education and Enablement:Design and facilitate ongoing education programs to keep partners informed about new features, best practices, and industry trends. Collaborate with Product and the FloQast GTM teams to understand upcoming changes and integrate them into training materials proactively.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with the Learning and Education team to ensure alignment in training strategies and materials. Partner with Partner Enablement Managers to understand partner needs and tailor training programs accordingly. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to stay informed about product updates and enhancements. Coordinate with Professional Services to integrate practical implementation insights into training content.
  • Content Development and Delivery:Coordinate the creation of engaging and interactive training content, including e-learning modules, webinars, videos, and documentation. Facilitate the delivery of training sessions and workshops to partners, both virtually and in-person.
  • Feedback and Continuous Improvement:Collect and analyze feedback from partners and internal stakeholders to continuously improve training programs. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and enablement.
  • Any other tasks that may be assigned to help the company meet its goals

What You'll Bring:

  • 4+ years experience with Partner/Alliances/Channels experience BS degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles
  • Strong client-facing experience Highly energetic, positive and enthusiastic team player with strong interpersonal skills and collaborative orientation
  • Detail oriented with strong problem-solving and decision making skills
  • Ability to work highly autonomously, taking high level direction and translating it into detailed, thoughtful action
  • Self-starter with a high level of initiative and follow-through
  • Strong sense of ownership and urgency, organizational and time management skills, and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Strong project management skills, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively to coordinate with multiple cross-functional teams to scope, execute, and measure effectiveness of the program
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and consultative skills
  • Strong work ethic and integrity
  • Ability to work well under tight deadlines and respond to rapidly changing demands
  • Strong working knowledge of FloQast as well as experience with implementing FloQast preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce and knowledge management platforms required

This job posting is for our partner education consultation role. The base pay range for this position is $96,000 $144,000.  Compensation is not limited to base salary. FloQast values our Total Rewards, and offers a competitive and elaborate Benefits Package including, but not limited to, Medical, Dental, Vision, Family Forming benefits, Life & Disability Insurance, and Unlimited Vacation.  FloQast reserves the right to amend, change, alter, and revise pay ranges and benefits offerings at any time.
