The Role

11:11's ) will be responsible for driving Channel development and management of the company's partner base in their assigned region. The PDM will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, and enablement of new channel partners, growing revenue and opportunities, scheduling marketing events and webinars, and effectively managing existing channel partner relationships. The position requires the ability to work cross functionally to develop excellent relationships within the company's channel ecosystem to win, maintain, educate, and expand relationships within their assigned channel partners.

This is a full-time, remote position to be based in the Tri-State area with required travel. This role will report to the Director, Partner Development.

  • Effectively articulate the value of our channel programs to qualify and convert prospective partners
  • Monitor effective partner onboarding and enablement (training and certification, overall partner skill level, field engagement)
  • Develop relationships with partners to ensure alignment, awareness, and partner opportunity generation
  • Understand and communicate the business value and ROI of the company's services to identify new service opportunities with channel partners
  • Be the central point of contact for channel partners in your region
  • Align the appropriate internal resources with the partner to ensure partner success
  • Schedule and perform online and in person presentations and demonstrations for prospective and existing partners
  • Report weekly and monthly activities and results to management
  • Attend training to develop knowledge and skills that you can pass along to your partners
  • Plan and execute marketing activities, events and webinars with your partners
  • Ability to travel overnight throughout assigned region to meet with partners and attend partner marketing events to drive engagement and awareness
  • Develop go-to market sales plans with partners to generate leads and opportunities
  • Effectively organize and execute your day-to-day activities
  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue and opportunity generation goals
  • All other duties as assigned

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales and marketing, communications or a related discipline sales
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in hardware/software solutions, cloud consulting, security and managed services
  • Channel experience, working with MSPs, VARs and Agents, a plus
  • Possess the ability to distill complex subject matter into compelling content that resonates with and engages target audiences is a must
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce is a requirement
  • Self-starter personality and also capable of staying on top of the latest industry trends
  • Experience and eagerness to work in a fast-paced, collaborative working environment
  • Possess excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Interested in growing general marketing expertise
  • Team player with proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with a high degree of collaboration and influence
  • Proven success in developing new business and generating leads
  • Overnight travel once to twice a month within region
  • Day travel within your metro area to meet with partners
