You’ll also coordinate with partner solution engineering, marketing, and program teams to strengthen partner capabilities and grow their Stripe practices.

Responsibilities
  • Own a defined portfolio of existing, mature, strategic SI partnerships end to end, from joint planning and stakeholder alignment through execution and performance reviews.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior commercial and technical stakeholders across large partner organizations, including alliance, sales, practice, and delivery leaders.
  • Develop and execute joint partner plans with clear commercial priorities, owners, and measures of success.
  • Work with Stripe’s enterprise sales teams and partner account teams on account mapping, opportunity identification, and co-selling.
  • Grow partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, track progress, and coordinate the teams needed to move joint opportunities forward.
  • Work with Partner Solution Engineering to deepen partners’ technical capabilities, support training and certification, and strengthen their ability to deliver Stripe solutions.
  • Coordinate targeted campaigns, events, and enablement with marketing and program teams to support joint commercial priorities.
  • Lead regular partner business reviews, agree on actions with senior stakeholders, and follow through on delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to expand established partnerships across accounts, practices, and EMEA markets.
  • Report clearly on partnership performance, pipeline, risk
