Snowflake is experiencing rapid growth, and we are expanding our Alliances team to support this scale. As a Partner Development Manager for AI/ML, you will play a crucial role in building and managing strategic partnerships with external organizations in the machine learning and artificial intelligence sectors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise business, machine learning, and AI, along with exceptional leadership and communication skills. This position offers a unique opportunity to work for an innovative company and to lead our strategic partners within the AI/ML partner ecosystem.
Execution-Driven Mindset: Proven ability to deliver results by aligning internal and partner stakeholders across all levels—from C-level executives to individual contributors (ICs)—in sales, marketing, and product teams to achieve partnership goals.
Enterprise AI/ML Customer Focus: In-depth understanding of customer needs and priorities within enterprise AI/ML leadership.
Relationship Management at Scale: Expertise in building and maintaining impactful relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Enterprise Sales Mindset: Hands-on experience driving GTM initiatives and achieving measurable outcomes.
Technical AI/ML Understanding: Familiarity with LLMs, data science products, and technical product marketing. Comfortable facilitating discussions with product and sales engineering teams from Snowflake and its partners.
Partnership Experience is optional: Experience managing partnerships is welcomed but not mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, partnership management, or a related role in the AI/ML industry.
Strong understanding of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and related technologies, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
