In This Role

You will be responsible for managing the operational execution of non-standard deals within a global device ecosystem. This includes coordinating documentation reviews, ensuring compliance with approval processes, and supporting cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and timely deal execution. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build trust with internal stakeholders while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage review and approval of contracts, amendments, and related documentation for new and renewing deals.

• Ensure all deal documentation complies with corporate standards and approval matrices.

• Submit documentation for compliance tracking and maintain accurate records.

• Collaborate with licensing teams to cross-reference agreements and custom terms.

• Participate in weekly deal review meetings to provide visibility on submitted deals.

• Troubleshoot operational and incentive issues with operations teams.

• Update and maintain program documents (price lists, eligible device lists) and publish to partner portals.

• Support account teams with agreement submissions and compliance guidance.

• Maintain detailed monthly reports and create resource guides, FAQs, and process documentation.

• Build strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders across legal, compliance, operations, and partner teams.


Qualifications

• Experience in contract management, legal operations, or compliance.

• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (functions, pivot tables, charts).

• Excellent communication skills and ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

• Ability to work online at all times due to confidentiality requirements.

• Minimum 12–18 months of prior access to similar enterprise systems or environments.


Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with OEM or device partner programs.

• Familiarity with pricing, deal structures, and approval workflows.

• Background in technology licensing or global partner ecosystems.

• Adaptability to fast-paced, changing business needs.

Salary Range

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $ 36.06 USD/HR. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
