- Track and report on partner performance metrics, including connected accounts, revenue, and growth trends, flagging significant changes for partner team review on a regular cadence
- Calculate and submit accurate per-location and API volume data to the billing team each month to support timely, correct partner invoicing
- Own the onboarding experience for new Daxko Elevate Wellness customers, coordinating follow-up materials, tracking completion, and conducting check-in calls to ensure activation
- Maintain accurate partner records and engagement data in Salesforce, and keep partner agreements organized and accessible in both Salesforce and SharePoint
