About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partners Consultant to join our team at Solutions by Text. As a Partners Consultant, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with our strategic partners, fostering collaboration, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and develop effective solutions using our text-based communication platform. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong business acumen, and a passion for delivering innovative customer engagement solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with strategic partners, including integration partners, resellers, and technology partners.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities, conduct market research, and evaluate potential partners to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand partner requirements and develop tailored solutions that leverage our text-based communication platform.
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
  • Coordinate the involvement of Solutions by Text personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our platform capabilities, features, and integration options to effectively communicate the value proposition to partners.
  • Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to partners to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and utilization of our solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, identify areas of improvement, and develop strategies to optimize partner engagement and revenue generation.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create joint marketing initiatives, collateral, and promotional activities to drive partner awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify partnership opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Proven experience in partner management, business development, or sales roles within the technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS industry, specifically in the customer engagement, communication, or messaging space.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly grasp complex technology solutions.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making and measure partner performance.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.


Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with SMS/Text Servicing
  • Previous experience with Payment Services
