Partner Commercial Programs Manager
This role is responsible for defining and executing a coordinated commercial strategy for AVEVA channel partners. This strategy will address pricing and discount models across regions, aligned contractual T&Cs working with AVEVA partner legal teams, model and roll out regionally consistent discount structures based on overall AVEVA commercial strategy and value added by partner, align and execute partner incentive plans to drive achievement of all targets and proper offer mixes, and drive partner compliance assurance program.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Creating a well-defined Partner Commercial strategy and plan as state above.

Create and execute plans to realize strategy and objectives and support the roll out, training, and implementation of these program across internal AVEVA functions and the partner community at large.

Creation and tracking of process measurement and feedback systems – KPIS to support the achievement and reporting of progress against strategy execution.

Creating and coordinate deliverables across functional teams as necessary to document the program, standardized material templates, and training of relevant teams.

Regular reporting and feedback on the creation, adoption, and performance of individual partners and the partner community as whole against budget and targeted offer mix.

Lead key partner commercial policy and program execution for Partner Discount and Incentive, Co-Sell, Rebates, and compliance assurance. Propose and develop new commercial policies and programs where justified.

Track results and conduct analysis to determine and recommend most effective enhancements and improvements to the programs and AVEVAs partner business on an ongoing basis. Propose new programs where appropriate.

Work closely with the relevant AVEVA Business Unit leads and portfolio management teams, regional channel Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Sales + Commercial Operations, Training, and Support teams in the implementation and evolution of partner commercial programs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
20% • Create, Refine and Own the Partner Commercial Programs, with a focus on continuous, measurable improvement in the performance of AVEVA channel partners in line with budgets and target offer mix. Coordinating the program as necessary with other partner programs and AVEVA functions to ensure simple, consistent and aligned execution.
20% • Have ownership for the definition and successful execution of the day-to-day operations of the programs – including coordination and phasing of the implementation of the program, tracking and reporting progress and challenges, developing business cases to address opportunities, coordinating with the appropriate functional teams.
20% • Proactively work with partner executive leadership to refine and improve partner commercial programs in support of overall AVEVA strategy.
20% • Implement, continuously monitor, track and report program KPIs as well as results. Monitor adherence to the program and processes. Report program health, performance, and effectiveness.
20% • Act as the SME on all systems, materials, and processes related to the program.

EDUCATION—MINIMUM REQUIRED LEVEL:
Bachelor's Degree required
MBA a plus
EXPERIENCE—MINIMUM REQUIRED:
3 - 5 years of related experience with required education
5 - 9 years of related experience without required education
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS —REQUIRED:
High degree of proficiency in PC applications, especially all Microsoft Office Applications.
Experience with databases, Microsoft Excel and analysis tools. Ability to create and run queries, create and generate reports.
Experience working with CRM and PRM systems, Salesforce and Impartner a plus
Excellent communication skills (written, oral, and presentation).
The candidate must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, be a team player and have the ability to succeed in cross-functional team environment.
The candidate must display a strong focus on achieving results and exceeding goals and objectives and be self-motivated and results driven.
Must be a detail-oriented with strong prioritization and decision-making skills in a tight-deadline environment
Must be flexible and able to handle changes in priorities
Sharp analytical skills and ability to process data into actionable results
LOCATION
USA – Lake Forest, San Leandro, Chicago, Houston.
Salary Range:
$164,900.00 - $337,000.00
This pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation that the position offers, and final compensation can vary within the range depending on work location, job experience, skills, and relevant educational attainment and/or training.
