About the Role:
As a Partner in Business Solution and Business Development Insurance, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with North European customers in the insurance industry at the C-Suite level to enhance their bottom line. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will strategically identify technical challenges, understand customer business drivers, and guide appropriate engagement approaches within customer organisations. Collaborating with our team of business specialists, you will co-create new products and solutions to meet our clients' evolving needs while also leading transformation projects in insurance areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically identify technical challenges and propose incremental business value using our portfolio.
- Understand customer business drivers and establish buy-in at all levels within client organizations.
- Drive the co-creation of new products and solutions alongside our team of business specialists.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and challenges comprehensively.
- Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement using deep industry knowledge.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience providing IT solutions to insurance companies for their strategic and transformational initiatives.
- Excellent Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, Physics, Mathematics; MBA or PhD is a plus.
- Deep expertise in Core Insurance software
- Extensive network with C-Suite executives within insurance companies in the UK and North European Regions.
- Strong business acumen combined with solution-selling skills.
- Business fluent in English.
