About the role:

As a Partner Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and promoting our products to enhance channel sales within existing relationships with Nintex partners. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Your contribution will be:

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new channel partners to expand the company's distribution network and market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing channel partners; serve as their primary point of contact for follow up to partner provided contacts within their existing relationships and customer base.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue and meet shared goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth within the channel and partner channel network of customers.
  • Provide insight to channel partners on product offerings, sales techniques, and marketing initiatives for BDR focused partner network campaigns.
  • Monitor partner performance and sales metrics; prepare regular reports on channel sales and growth initiatives.
  • Gather and communicate feedback from channel partners to internal teams to help improve products, services, and support.
  • Perform outbound sales calls to connect with partner provided contacts using phone, social, and email to engage in a qualification/discovery process.
  • Qualify high quality opportunities and arrange follow-up meetings with the partner sales team.
  • Gain and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce.com, SharePoint, O365, business process planning, and Nintex products.

To be successful, we think you need:

  • 1-2 years' of sales, BDR, or channel experience
  • Prior experience with Salesforce CRM or selling into the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Strong understanding of channel partner ecosystems and sales processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Software as a Service (SaaS) sales experience (a plus)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results-oriented culture where team members work together collaboratively
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • A desire to win
  • A strong sense of accountability
  • Strong organizational and time management skills and an absolute focus on quality of work
  • Proven ability to connect with people using telephone, email, and online networking sites
  • Based in London, UK
