Managing relationships with partners of the office printing and documentum management business unit (by phone, email, and in person)
Regular partner visits independently or jointly with the Channel Manager; providing on-site support as required
Identifying and recruiting new partners
Tracking partner leads, managing the sales pipeline, and preparing weekly/monthly forecasts
Preparing annual commercial agreements; compiling and reconciling Partner budgets broken down by product categories
Monitoring sales targets defined in the issued commercial agreements and sending regular (quarterly) performance reports to partners
Managing tender processes
Maintaining the partner database in the CRM system
Preparing additional reports and analyses
Supporting partners’ Canon-related marketing activities
Cooperating closely with internal departments (logistics, finance, marketing, service)
