Partner Account Manager (Chinese, English, Russian)

We are looking for Partner Account Manager (Chinese/Russian/English) .

Your main tasks will be:

• Independently managing operational and analytical tasks from goal setting through to execution and result control;
• Analyzing statistics, reports, and key partner performance metrics to identify quality improvement opportunities;
• Developing and implementing content sufficiency and quality strategies in collaboration with the team and cross-functional stakeholders;
• Supporting and managing partners in Bitrix CRM, including handling complex and non-standard requests;
• Contributing to the improvement of partner-related processes and tools (CRM, reporting, files, internal guidelines);Collaborating with internal teams to achieve shared goals related to efficiency and cost optimization.

We expect from you:

• Fluency in Chinese (C1), Russian (C1), and English (B2)
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in negotiating, working with contractors, partners, working with claims
• Confident work with data in tables (Google Sheets, Excel)
• Advanced user of Google Workspace
