As our partner ecosystem continues to grow, we are looking for a Partner Academy Manager who will help strengthen and scale the success of our installers, distributors and channel partners.
In this role, you will transform the Smappee Academy into a strategic partner enablement platform. You will ensure that partners have the knowledge, tools, certifications and resources they need to successfully sell, install and support Smappee solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the academy & partner enablement strategy aligned with Smappee’s growth ambitions.
- Develop scalable learning journeys and certification frameworks for installers, partners, and key account teams.
- Manage the Academy platform, content architecture, and user experience.
- Coordinate the development of practical training content and support the delivery of technical training programs through internal and external trainers.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Customer Support to support partner growth and success.
- Ensure the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, knowledge assets and enablement content that support partner success and operational excellence.
- Track and improve enablement effectiveness through data, feedback and business impact metrics.
Requirements
- Experience in a B2B or B2B2C environment, preferably working with partners, channels or customer-facing programs.
- Experience with product-driven businesses and an interest in translating product knowledge into practical learning and enablement initiatives.
- Hands-on mindset with the ability to turn ideas into scalable programs, content and processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams and partner organizations.
- Commercial mindset with a good understanding of what drives partner engagement, activation and success.
- Affinity with technical products; experience in energy management, EV charging, hardware/software solutions or a similar industry is a plus.
- Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to measure impact and continuously improve enablement initiatives.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French and/or German is a plus.
