Note: Relocation assistance is not provided.
The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company's regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule YEAR-ROUND.
Your Responsibilities
As a Part Time Student - Safety for JD Davenport Works located in Davenport, IA, you will:
  • Maintain and develop Power BI reports and data feeds, as well as inputting corrective actions, A3 incident investigations, and Cority items.
  • Support the safety team by handling daily data requests.

This position is NOT available to students on immigration visas
What Skills You Need
  • Ability to commute to Davenport on a daily basis year round
  • Ability to work 16-20 hours during the academic year
  • Ability to work 30-40 hours during the summer semester
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Coursework in data analysis

Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
  • Actively pursuing a four-year degree in Coding, Computer Science, or a degree major in these areas.

What Makes You Stand Out
  • Possess a year of coursework in data analysis, accounting, or computer science; a degree focused on these areas is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, MS Office, or coding languages is also preferred, as these skills are essential for success in this role.

$15 - $40 hourly based on published rates for business function and education level.
