Located directly across from Esperance Bay, RAC Esperance Holiday Park allows you to experience the pristine beauty of WA’s Southwest Edge. Featuring brand new self-contained villas and studios, powered caravan sites and campsites, our recently redeveloped Esperance accommodation can accommodate up to 800 people per night at full capacity and is only a short walk away from the town centre, spectacular sweeping views, hidden beaches, and scenic hiking trails to explore.
An exciting opportunity has become available for Parks All Rounders to join our friendly team on a casual basis. This role would be ideal for couples, locals or someone looking to relocate from Perth - own accommodation is preferable due to limited onsite accommodation available to staff.

What does every day look like for you?
As a Parks All Rounder at RAC Esperance Holiday Park, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional holiday experiences for our guests. Every day will be different as you jump between a variety of hands-on tasks that keep the park running smoothly
You will spend your days:
Either working in Front Office, Grounds & Maintenance or Housekeeping.
Welcoming and assisting guests at check-in, offering friendly service and local insights.
Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of cabins, amenities, and public areas.
Supporting basic maintenance and gardening duties to keep the park safe and beautiful.
Assisting in the kiosk or reception as needed, including handling bookings and retail sales.
Working collaboratively with a close-knit team to ensure a memorable stay for every guest.
Whether you're cleaning, fixing, serving, or smiling—your work helps create a great holiday atmosphere in one of WA’s most beautiful coastal locations.
What are we looking for?
General hospitality experience
Outstanding customer service skills.
Previous experience in administration highly regarded.
Previous experience using NewBook and/or other guest reservation software (highly regarded but not essential).
Strong time-management, organisation and multi-tasking skills.
