The In-Park Revenue Supervisor at Morgan’s Wonderland & Morgan’s Inspiration Island is a key leadership role responsible for the direction and day-to-day activities of all Food & Beverage and Retail operations in the park. This role supports the entire park by providing superior admission, shopping and dining experiences that serve the needs of our guests. Fostering a high standard of service, safety, and product excellence, the role is highly influential in creating a positive and inclusive guest experience.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the successful day-to-day operations of all Food & Beverage (5) and Retail (3) operations. 
  • Hire, train, and supervise a diverse team of Seasonal Time Team Members and Leadership. 
  • Work closely with vendors and place product orders to ensure and maintain proper inventory levels and control cost of goods. 
  • Manage facility integrity by promoting and training leadership and staff on all health and safety protocols. 
  • Develop and maintain the highest levels of guest service. 
  • Model and demonstrate service excellence with enthusiastic service and guide an empowered team to deliver prompt, courteous and informative guest interactions. 
  • Consistently achieve excellent food appearance, portioning, temperature and flavor by implementing consistent recipes and procedures.  
  • Establish, implement and maintain department labor, expense and food cost initiatives. Add value through consistency in efficient operations, eliminating rework, making sound cost decisions, guiding smarter work habits and challenging the status quo.  
  • Provide insight and feedback on all promotional offerings to ensure a profitable business model and ensure overall growth of attendance and annual profitability. 
  • Passionately lead and deliver revenue growth. Maximize revenues and minimize costs by focusing on incremental revenue growth, executing new business revenue directions, controlling costs, enhancing labor efficiency and reducing operating expenses.

What it Takes to Succeed

  • Highschool Diploma or equivalent 
  • Prior elevated management experience in a theme park, entertainment, or hospitality operation 
  • Three years of direct leadership and supervisory experience 
  • Excellent communication skills in written, verbal, and electronic formats 
  • Experience with back-office point of sale applications, preferred but not required 
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint 
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. 
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, in an outdoor environment during periods of high temperatures.

  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and twisting upper body for long periods of time. 
  • The work environment is an outdoor park environment with continuous outdoor activity and exposure to extreme weather conditions. 
  • Must remain alert with no lapses of consciousness. 
  • Continuous requirement for professional demeanor and appropriate park staff attire.
