Main ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship & Account LeadershipAct as a trusted partner and primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building long-term, trust-based relationships.
Develop a deep understanding of customers’ business context, challenges, and strategic priorities.
Represent client interests internally and ensure strong alignment between customer expectations, delivery teams, and BNB commitments.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Actively identify and develop new opportunities, both within existing accounts and with new prospects.
Contribute to net-new opportunities alongside Workday Account Executives, from qualification to proposal and negotiation.
Lead or support commercial discussions, including scoping, project framing, and pricing strategy.
Collaborate closely with Workday Account Executives and BNB Delivery to build compelling, value-driven proposals aligned with customer goals.
Own revenue and margin objectives across your scope (existing customers and new deals).
Leverage strong knowledge of Workday, particularly across HCM / Finance, to advise customers and prospects.
Challenge customer assumptions and propose best-practice solutions aligned with Workday standards and BNB methodology.
Stay up to date with Workday releases, roadmap, and ecosystem developments to provide informed, strategic guidance
Act as a credible counterpart to Workday Account Executives during joint sales cycles.
Maintain close visibility on ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and commitments.
Act as an escalation point when needed, helping resolve complex situations and protect customer relationships.
Support and mentor project teams (Project Managers, Consultants) when required, especially on customer-facing topics.
Ensure delivery excellence while preserving a pragmatic and collaborative working environment.
Understand clients’ broader IT and organizational landscape.
Advise on how Workday and related consulting services can support transformation, efficiency, and scalability.
Contribute to shaping long-term customer roadmaps beyond the initial implementation.
Proven experience in Customer Management, Consulting, or Client-facing roles within the IT / SaaS ecosystem.
Demonstrated commercial mindset, with experience contributing to both account growth and net-new opportunities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to engage at different seniority levels.
Comfortable operating in a boutique, fast-moving environment with a high level of autonomy.
Fluent in French and English (Spanish is a plus).
Based in Paris, with availability to travel when required.
