Bay State Community Services is looking for a parent/caregiver who is passionate about helping other parents to strengthen the family bond, assist with understanding early childhood development, and improve the child and family health and wellbeing.

$2,000 BONUS available to individuals who have completed the certification for Parents as Teachers (PAT) Evidence Based Practice!

$2,000 Language Differential for Haitian Creole Speaker!

What You Will Be Doing to Make a Difference...

  • Meet with families in the home and provide parenting education and support, focusing on child development, early learning, and family well-being.
  • Develop a plan with the family to address their needs.
  • Offer groups and workshops for parents on topics, including child development, positive discipline, and family health.
  • Be part of a team with community providers and organizations who care for families.
  • Driving is needed

Location:  Office is out of 400 Washington St Braintree but catchment is Brockton and Surrounding towns 

Requirements

Qualifications/Credentials

  • High School Diploma/GED or above required
  • Lived experience in parenting is required
  • Certification in PAT is preferred but not required
