Salary: $50,000 – $80,000 (depending on experience and licenses)

About the Opportunity:
We are a growing financial planning practice affiliated with Ameriprise Financial, looking for a motivated Paraplanner to join our team. This role offers a great opportunity to deepen your experience in the financial services industry and grow your career.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare financial plans, reports, and client meeting materials
Analyze client data to develop investment and insurance recommendations
Process transactions and assist with meeting follow-up
Provide ongoing support to clients and help resolve issues
Contribute to team meetings, compliance tracking, and business development
Assist with financial modeling, tax planning, and retirement strategies
Qualifications:
Series 7, Series 66, and insurance licenses (or willing to obtain)
1+ year of experience in financial planning preferred
Degree in business, finance, or a related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable using financial software and Microsoft Office
