Join our international experienced legal team getting a great opportunity to get to know the broad portfolio of Trimble Europe business operations.
What will belong to your daily tasks…
- Maintaining legal entity database, corporate records, minute books and other legal department files.
- Managing corporate maintenance for international subsidiaries, including coordinating filings for director appointments and resignations and annual reports in various countries.
- Reviewing and processing corporate documents to ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
- Preparation of standard form documents, such as banking resolutions, certified resolutions, minutes, officer certificates, and manufacturers and warranty related certificates.
- Amending/updating contract templates under attorney supervision. Performing contract searches in the contract database. Maintaining legal forms library for European entities.
- Support legal projects such as legal entity reduction and legal operations.
- Contract management, support tenders, allocate work packages, liaise with other business and department representatives.
- Coordinate signatures on contract and legal agreements.
- Interacting with notaries, trade registers, tax authorities, government agencies and courts.
What skills & experience you should bring…
- At least one completed legal higher professional education (either having a Bachelor (HBO) or Master degree).
- Preferably 2 years of experience working as a contract manager or paralegal in the legal department of an international company or law firm.
- Full command of standard office software. Experience with legal operations software and G-Suite is a plus.
- Excellent command of the English language, both orally and in writing.
- Knowledge of the Dutch language is a plus.
- Have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively and coordinate with senior management, attorneys and key stakeholders in other departments.
- Able to prioritize, multi-task and complete projects in a timely manner.
- Proactively seek out information and answers.
