What You Will Get To Do:
- Legal document (contract) management:
- Draft, review, and edit legal documents, including Work Orders, Statement of Works, Order Forms, declarations
- Review and analyze contracts, agreements, and legal documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Review vendor questionnaires, and gather necessary information from internal stakeholders and records to complete such accurately
- Communicate with clients, and external legal entities as needed
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant case law, statutes, and regulations
What You Will Bring:
- Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge and strong computer skills
- Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to identify patterns
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet tight deadlines while managing conflicting priorities
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain trusted relationships with internal stakeholders (including sales, security, and finance teams) and external clients
- Hands-on person and Collaborative team player with high emotional intelligence and a positive, enthusiastic attitude
