SHB's litigation practice is growing! We are seeking a Paralegal with experience in all phases of litigation including experience with large document production, discovery, interviewing of witnesses and experts, drafting pleadings and subpoenaing records to become a member of this winning practice group and join one of the fastest moving areas of the law. Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate and two plus years of litigation experience or no degree/certificate and six plus years of experience. Experience in all phases of trial and trial preparation including experience with large document production, discovery, interviewing of witnesses and experts, drafting pleadings and subpoenaing records required. Large-scale multi-party litigation preferred. Travel required.Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate and 2+ years litigation experience, or no degree/certificate and 6+ years experience
- Experience in all phases of litigation and trial preparation including large document production, discovery, interviewing witnesses and experts, drafting pleadings, subpoenaing records
- Experience in large-scale multi-party litigation
- Willingness to travel
