Job Description:

The Paralegal will support the Legal team and broader business units by assisting with the drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and maintaining a variety of agreements, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable laws. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements, licensing agreements, and other business-related documents.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Finance, IT, HR) to ensure contracts align with business objectives and risk tolerance.

  • Maintain and improve contract templates and playbooks in coordination with Legal leadership.

  • Manage contract workflows and approvals using the company’s contract lifecycle management (CLM) system.

  • Track key contract terms, obligations, and renewal dates; ensure timely follow-up and compliance.

  • Support Legal and business teams in resolving contract-related issues and disputes.

  • Assist in developing and delivering training to business teams on contract processes and policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certification is a plus but not required.

  • 3–5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in an in-house setting.

  • Strong understanding of contract law and commercial terms.

  • Experience with CLM systems and contract databases.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.

What We Offer 

The Hourly pay range for this opportunity is $28.85- 38.46 per hour.
