Job Description:
The Paralegal will support the Legal team and broader business units by assisting with the drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and maintaining a variety of agreements, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable laws. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements, licensing agreements, and other business-related documents.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Finance, IT, HR) to ensure contracts align with business objectives and risk tolerance.
Maintain and improve contract templates and playbooks in coordination with Legal leadership.
Manage contract workflows and approvals using the company’s contract lifecycle management (CLM) system.
Track key contract terms, obligations, and renewal dates; ensure timely follow-up and compliance.
Support Legal and business teams in resolving contract-related issues and disputes.
Assist in developing and delivering training to business teams on contract processes and policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certification is a plus but not required.
3–5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in an in-house setting.
Strong understanding of contract law and commercial terms.
Experience with CLM systems and contract databases.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
What We Offer
The Hourly pay range for this opportunity is $28.85- 38.46 per hour.
