Job Description:

We have an immediate opening for a Commercial Paralegal to join our high-impact legal department. This is a hybrid position that requires attendance in the Cambridge or London office at least 2 days a week.

What will I be doing:

• Commercial Contracts: Draft, review, and facilitate the execution of commercial agreements with our growing customer base. Negotiate NDAs and similar agreements with prospective customers. Manage contract processing and amendments.

• Vendor Registration & Procurement: Support the contracting process by assisting with customer registrations and navigating procurement requirements.

• Operational Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams – including Finance, HR, and Facilities – to ensure smooth business operations.

• Legal Research: Conduct legal research to support the team’s complex deals and strategic objectives.

• Project Management: Drive progress on legal initiatives, streamline processes, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the legal function as the company scales.

What experience do I need:

• Law degree

• At least 2 years’ experience in a Paralegal role (in-house or private practice preferred).

• Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.

• Proactive, decisive, and a keen problem solver.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, building strong relationships across teams and offices.

• Experience with Salesforce software is an advantage.
