Paralegal
About the Role
Crabtree Law Firm is growing, and we're adding a Paralegal to support our expanding litigation team. Although this role is fully remote, candidates must live in the Greater Phoenix Area.
As a Paralegal, you'll work alongside attorneys to keep complex construction defect cases moving forward. You'll manage deadlines, prepare legal documents, coordinate with experts, and maintain organized case files in a fast-paced litigation environment. If you're highly organized, proactive, and thrive in a role where accuracy and accountability matter, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Support attorneys with case preparation, document management, and deadline tracking
- Draft pleadings and legal documents under attorney direction
- Maintain homeowner matrices and organize case files (training provided)
- Coordinate with expert witnesses and other case-related professionals
- Monitor deadlines and proactively communicate case updates with attorneys
- Utilize Clio and other firm systems to keep matters organized and moving efficiently
What You Bring
- Civil litigation experience required; construction defect and/or insurance defense experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Clio or similar legal practice management software
- Exceptional organization and time management skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to supporting the team
