Skills Required
- Experience in commercial real estate letting transactions and working knowledge of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
- Understanding of basic property law
- Ability to draft and review tenancies and other legal documents
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Law degree or equivalent qualification and previous relevant paralegal experience
- Able to work independently and as part of a team with high levels of motivation
