Responsibilities :
Public sector Contracts Administrator
The Paralegal will manage the contractual relationships with and reporting for the public sector.
PSCA responsibilities include:
- overseeing the contracts with public sector entities, including managing the reporting;
- acting as a contracts resource to the public sector team for public sector matters;
- automating contract processes using various technologies and maintaining the same; and
- the implementation and operational management of the new Icertis CLM system and the creation of related processes for public sector contracts.
The ideal candidate will be a key member of the Legal Services and Compliance team familiar with the public sector who will also engage in all aspects of strategy, planning, implementation, and operations, with a specialized expertise in the use of technology as an enabler to achieve business objectives; provide an exceptional user experience; and ensure operational and policy compliance.
Success in this position will require flexibility, determination, and grit to implement strategy and achieve goals.
Responsibilities
- Perform public sector and reseller contract administration
- Manage pricing updates, reporting, and payment of fees for public sector agencies
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders (primarily contracts, procurement, and IT) to drive a completion of tasks and training
- Develop and implement processes for reporting public sector contract metrics to key stakeholders
- Synthesize business needs across the enterprise for public sector contract improvement
initiatives
- Advocate continuous improvement, including identifying risks and enhancement opportunities for public sector contracts management processes and systems, and adoption of best practices and standards
- Define the roadmap to drive continuous improvement aligned with business objectives and technical innovation
- Collect and analyze the business requirements and transfer the same knowledge to the development team

- General knowledge of privacy and security principles and IT business systems
- Demonstrated experience leading requirements and design (functional and technical)
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Firm understanding of contract requirements, various policies that govern contracts, and implications on IT solutions
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining high quality standards
