Main Duties and Responsibilities
Supporting Partner and fee earners in the Singapore Projects team.
Reviewing and organising documentation on ongoing matters.
Dealing with document management on matters.
Proof-reading documents and presentation decks to ensure accuracy.
Translating of documents between Korean and English.
Market research and reporting for matter and client development purposes.
- Participate in and support business development activities.
- Proactively respond to priorities of the team
- Be committed to continuous improvement
Qualifications
Educated to diploma level or equivalent
- Ability to speak, read and write in Korean is compulsory
Relevant Experience
- Previous paralegal experience in a Singapore or international law firm
Key Skills
- IT literate with a good knowledge and high degree of competency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills with acute attention to detail, careful and meticulous
- Exhibiting proper judgement and common sense where appropriate
- Ability to adapting to the needs of internal and external clients
