What you’ll do

In this role, you’ll:

  • Assist with the preparation or review of reports on title and certificates of title  
  • Drafting of facility and security documentation based on client templates
  • Managing the process for satisfying conditions precedent on financing transactions
  • Coordinate clear document management, including preparing/maintaining records
  • Support with post completion formalities including land registrations and SDLT returns
  • Provide an excellent client service
  • Ensure deadlines are met and quality of work is maintained
  • Offer further support to our fee earners and team on more complex matters (with support)

What we’re looking for

We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and brings:

  • Paralegal experience (property or banking related) along with the desire to work in our Islamic Finance team. Specialist IF experience is not essential
  • Ambition and drive, with a proactive, problem solving attitude
  • Excellent clear, concise and effective written communication skills together with great attention to detail 
  • A commercial, client focused approach, with confident, professional internal and external client facing skills
  • Well organised with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
