RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish and foster good working relationships with key customer contacts and act as administrative liaison between company and outside counsel
- Provide legal research
- Support attorneys in enhancing and revising company standard contract forms and templates and developing new contract forms and processes as needed
- Facilitate, draft and review NDAs
- Maintain corporate contract database, legal tracker and corporate contract file room
- Coordinate Compliance and Anti-Trust Training
- Maintain Law Departments organizational charts and intranet
- Provide assistance and support to maintain and oversee legal contract databases
- Provide guidance and support to other paralegals as needed
- Understand customer business requirements and maintain an up-to-date and effective knowledge of company products and service offerings
- Contribute in special projects as requested
REQUIREMENTS
- Associate’s degree or higher
- Paralegal Certificate
- Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience with concentration on customer and commercial contracts
- Ability to use various PC and internet-based applications (Serengeti); proficiency in Word, Westlaw and Practical Law
- Notary public certification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage numerous tasks quickly, accurately and efficiently and have excellent organizational skills
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven ability to deal tactfully and confidently with internal and external customers
- Previous in-house legal department experience is preferred
Summary Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. (Specific rate to be determined, but not limited to, geographic location, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data).
Pay Range: $57,800 - $96,300
