Garantizar las condiciones y requerimientos técnicos del servicio de alimentación de los puntos asignados y la entrega oportuna de productos de Panadería a. Cumplir con las especificaciones y tiempos exigidos mediante la hoja de programación asignada por su líder inmediato. b. Cumplir con la entrega de producto terminado a los auxiliares de panadería según lo requerido al área producción. c. Manipular de manera efectiva la materia prima, insumos y suministros dentro del área de panadería sin generar desperdicios. d. Garantizar las condiciones organolépticas de todos los productos que se encuentran en proceso dentro del área de panadería. e. Preparación de los diferentes productos solicitados de (panadería, hojaldres) teniendo en cuenta los procesos establecidos por la empresa. f. Asistir activamente a las reuniones diarias de gerenciamiento cumpliendo con la bitácora de cada área.
