Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in the quality of your work? We’re looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Pallet Teardown — a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly and sustainably!

What You’ll Do:

  • Inspect & Sort: Evaluate whitewood pallets and determine repair needs using established criteria.
  • Cut & Reuse: Operate industrial table saws to salvage reusable components.
  • Repair & Restore: Use nail guns, hammers, and other tools to bring pallets back to life.
  • Keep It Clean: Maintain a tidy workspace with “clean as you go” practices.
  • Stay Safe: Follow all safety procedures and company protocols.
  • Hit Your Goals: Meet production and quality targets in a performance-driven environment.

What You Bring:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools (nail gun, hammer, Sawzall, etc.).
  • Able to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
  • Forklift experience is a plus — certification preferred but not required.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is a bonus!
