Job Description
Pay Range: $16.50 per hour.
(Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Ensure all machines are operational before start-up.
- Prepare all spice mixes and make sure they are correctly labeled and weighed.
- Operation of chillers for proper temperatures .
- Build and take down cardboard bins/boxes.
- Product mover; keeping track of bins, source meat and/finished product into trailers.
- Product MDP inventory.
- Forklift operation for condemning.
- Scanning and labeling.
- Record keeping.
Qualifications
- Must be able to stand for prolong periods of time (8+hrs) on concrete floor.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to climb tall ladders and catwalks.
- Follow all safety rules.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds an work in a fast pace environment.
- Requires basic math skills
- Must be pallet jack/forklift certified.
- Must be able to stack.
