Skills Required
- Knowledge of Chinese laws and regulations related to product compliance
- Experience with product testing, validation and certification processes
- Record and manage nonconformity complaints and communicate with internal teams, sales, and customers
- Provide Chinese product labels within two working days
- Operate and maintain quality/certification database and complete updates on notification
- Support and organize internal/external audits and CAPA validation
- Communicate effectively with testing institutes and global QARA (Chinese and English)
- Timely provision of requested quality documentation
