PAL Documentation Consultant/Senior Project Manager

Scope of Work:
Capio Group is looking for an experienced PAL Documentation Consultant/Senior Project Manager to provide Information Technology (IT) project management services and expert assistance to modernize its Case Management/Customer Relationship Management (CRM) PAL & Planning Consulting through the end of PAL Stage 2 Alternatives Analysis (S2AA). This may include modification of documentation already created for projects, creation of additional documentation to meet all the requirements of the PAL process, meetings with stakeholders to obtain the required information for the documentation, and potential work into Stage 3 and Stage 4 of PAL.
The PAL Documentation Consultant/Senior Project Manager will be responsible for tasks including but not limited to:

• Assuming full responsibility and accountability for project documentation to meet the requirements of all stages of the PAL process.
• Conducting reviews of PAL documentation with client stakeholders.
• Obtaining CDT approval of documentation through all stages of the PAL process.

Mandatory Experience:

1. A minimum of seven (7) years of broad, extensive and increasingly responsible experience applying Project Management (PM) principles, methods, techniques, and tools. At least four (4) years of that experience must have been as a senior PM of one or more large or complex IT projects.
2. Must possess a bachelor's degree. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted
   for the required education on a year-for-year basis. A copy of the degree must be provided upon request.
3. Must possess a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). The PMP certification is required and may not be substituted with additional experience. A copy of the certificate must be provided upon request.

Desirable Experience:

1. At least six (6) years of experience including and not limited to creating documentation for one or more Customer Relationship Management (CRM) projects of medium size, scope, and complexity – i.e. projects with budgets of $5 Million to $10 Million, impacting 400 – 600 user program office users and durations of 1-3 years –and obtaining approvals for such documentation through the CDT’s PAL process. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.
2. At least six (6) years of broad and extensive full-time equivalent (FTE) experience as a Senior Project Manager, with increasing responsibilities in those roles, applying project management principles, methods, techniques, and tools and with expertise in Agile and Hybrid (Waterfall and Agile). methodologies. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.
