GAL AeroStaff Ltd. is an aerospace staffing company specializing in temporary and permanent staffing for general and technical positions in the aviation and aerospace industry.

Our client is in need of painters, preppers at their location Peru Indiana location.
Aircraft painters prepare, paint, and polish aircraft, and may also perform minor repairs. Their responsibilities include:
Surface preparation: Cleaning, masking, and applying stripper to remove paint from surfaces
Painting: Applying primer and paint to the aircraft's exterior, including stripes and logos
- Polishing: Polishing the aircraft's surface
- Repairing: Repairing defects in the aircraft's paint and performing minor aesthetic repairs
- Safety: Following safety rules and procedures, and being alert for unsafe conditions
- Documentation: Documenting all work accomplished in a clear, concise, and accurate manner
- Collaboration: Working collaboratively with other members of the maintenance and repair team
Employees will be expected to:
Pass DOT Drug Test
Maintain Excellent Attendance
Be able to climb stairs, stand and walk 90% of Shift. Be able to lift, climb, turn, and work under physical conditions during entire shift.
Wear Respirators and other Personal Protective Equipment as needed.
Pay commensurate with proven experience.
Day and Night 10 hour Shifts open; night shift
Overtime available
Rotating shifts *must be available weekends.
Must be able to commute or relocate before starting work.
MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE USA.
