Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Display Media Manager. As a crucial member of our brand marketing team, you will be responsible for executing and managing digital advertising campaigns across social, Google/YouTube, and programmatic channels, contributing to reporting efforts for ads managers, and providing support in stakeholder management and brand strategy implementation.

You will:

  • Campaign Execution:
    • Plan, execute, and optimize display advertising campaigns across various platforms, including, but not limited to, Google/YouTube, Meta and TikTok.
    • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that align with campaign objectives.
    • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
    • Develop tracking & trafficking processes with external and internal stakeholders to ensure performance tracking is in place in display channels.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Brainstorm, implement and execute testing plans to optimize business goals in display channels.
    • Use ads managers and reporting suites in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting campaign data.
    • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Work with analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of display campaigns.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to understand campaign requirements and objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration on campaign execution.
    • Address stakeholder inquiries and provide regular updates on campaign progress.
  • Brand Strategy Assistance:
    • Support the development and execution of brand strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
    • Contribute to the creation of brand guidelines and ensure consistency across display campaigns.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights for brand strategy refinement.

Who you are:

  • Hands-on-keyboard experience in Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms 
  • Experience in A/B Testing from ideation & development through reporting & insight collection 
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with ad platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Detail-oriented with a creative mindset to contribute to ad creative development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

The reasonably estimated salary for this role ranges from $120,000 - $129,000. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
