Paid Social Strategist

Location: Hybrid (Antwerp / Amsterdam)
Experience: 4+ years performance marketing experience in e-commerce | Full-time

 

Own paid social and drive real growth.

We are looking for someone who can take full control of international paid social campaigns and scale them beyond limits. In this role, you own campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and beyond, managing a €2M/month ad spend. You turn bold ideas into high-performing campaigns and push performance through rapid experimentation and strategic thinking.

You collaborate closely with creatives, performance marketers, and agencies to bring ideas to life fast and effectively. You have the freedom to test, the ownership to scale, and the resources to execute. This is not about maintaining performance — it’s about building and growing it.

 

The role

You lead the strategy, execution, and scaling of paid social campaigns across multiple markets and channels. You work closely with internal teams and external partners to launch, test, and optimize campaigns that convert and scale.

You translate insights into action — from audience research and creative briefing to landing page testing and performance optimization. You continuously experiment, analyze results, and turn learnings into scalable growth opportunities.

 

What you’ll do
  • Design and scale paid social campaigns across international markets
  • Own the creative testing roadmap and experimentation strategy
  • Define CRO and landing page testing needs based on campaign performance
  • Collaborate with agencies to execute campaigns and optimize performance
  • Monitor results and translate insights into actionable learnings
You won’t
  • Settle for slow growth or safe bets
  • Focus only on execution without strategic thinking
  • Ignore testing opportunities or performance insights
  • Operate without ownership over budgets and results

How you’ll succeed
  • You think like an e-commerce growth leader, not just a campaign manager. You stay curious, ask better questions, and treat every experiment as a learning opportunity.
  • You are hands-on with data but keep the customer at the center of every decision. You know how to translate ideas into tests quickly and collaborate effectively with creative teams.
  • You take ownership, move fast, and push beyond limits — always looking for ways to scale performance further.

What you’ll bring
  • 4+ years experience in paid social or performance marketing
  • Strong expertise in Meta and TikTok Ads
  • Proven experience managing e-commerce ad accounts with at least €50k/month in spend
  • Deep knowledge of CRO, A/B testing tools, tracking, and analytics
  • Experience launching and scaling international e-commerce campaigns
  • Bonus: experience with Snapchat, Pinterest, or emerging platforms
