As the Paid Social Senior Specialist you will own the following responsibilities:Develop and implement paid social campaigns, including but not limited to account setup, strategy development, organization, and management
Ongoing use of reporting, analytics, and trend tools for weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
Campaign set-up and management: target development, creative testing, bid and budget management, and optimizations
Effectively prioritize efforts to focus on delivering on the most important things, track and reports on campaign results, data analysis and participate in weekly client calls
Manage a support team of Account Analysts to deliver the tasks
Assist in training the team on new processes and industry developments
Consistently look for ways to improve current processes or introduce new approaches that will contribute to the client’s success
Successfully fulfill the client’s strategy by creating deliverables and recommendations
Assist with new business pitches and proposals
Has experience communicating with clients whether through email or via the phone with minimal oversight to cultivate a strong working relationship.
Accountability and ownership with limited supervision of paid social program, successes, and failures for several client accounts.
Has an in-depth knowledge of paid social strategy (full-funnel, which platforms to use when, attribution, measurement, creative, etc).
Clearly and comfortably delegates both routine and important tasks and decisions.
Responsible for end-to-end program strategy, execution, and reporting.
Effectively prioritizes efforts to focus on delivering on the most important things. Tracks and reports on campaign results, and data analysis and participate in weekly client calls.
Proactively educates oneself on industry findings and effectively mentors junior team members via training and delegation.
Requirements:
4-5+ years of related work experience in paid social
Experience with B2C social strategy
Advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
Experience managing paid social campaigns and budgets across LinkedIn Ads, Meta, TikTok, Reddit and Snapchat (at minimum), with deep understanding of strategic and executional best practices
Proven track record of collaborating with large, cross-functional/cross-channel teams
Support the creation of deliverables and contributing to data-driven recommendations.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
Excellent communication skills, fostering effective collaboration within the team.
Strong organizational abilities managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and spreadsheet software.
Adaptability to new technologies and industry changes, maintaining a continuous learning mindset.
Strong problem-solving skills to identify campaign issues and propose effective optimizations.
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team, supporting members and contributing to campaign success.
