Paid Social Senior ManagerLocation: Mexico City Overview

We are seeking a Paid Social Senior Manager to manage performance marketing strategy and execution. This role will be responsible for scaling multi-market user acquisition through paid social channels, balancing global strategy with local market nuance.

The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on expertise in paid social, strong cross-cultural collaboration skills, and experience partnering with US-based leadership and global teams. This role requires both analytical rigor and creative sensitivity to local audiences.

Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Social Strategy & Execution
  • Lead and scale paid social performance to meet specific business KPIs and expectations across global markets.
  • Develop and execute full-funnel strategies across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and emerging social platforms, with an emphasis on lower-funnel/performance media campaigns.
  • Drive performance through audience segmentation, creative testing, and optimization frameworks.
  • Partner with analytics to ensure strong measurement, incrementality, and attribution alignment.
  • Translate global growth strategy into locally relevant execution.
Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration
  • Work closely with US-based leadership and global growth teams to align priorities and reporting.
  • Partner with regional marketing, creative, product, and analytics teams.
  • Present insights and performance updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure strong communication across time zones and organizational structures.
Leadership & Ownership
  • Manage agency partners where applicable.
  • Deliver thought leadership on the paid social and performance marketing landscape.
  • Proactively pitch, build, and deploy innovative testing to drive incremental acquisition growth.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in paid social or performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of scaling acquisitions in international markets.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, Snapchat, and other major social platforms.
  • Experience collaborating with US-based leadership and/or global teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive optimization.
  • Deep understanding of bespoke creative strategy per platform and cultural nuances.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in subscription businesses, entertainment, anime, or fandom-driven brands is a strong plus.
