WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Marketeers effectively spread the word: In the Marketing Team we shape a brand that stands for the democratisation of wealth. We raise awareness for our mission by bringing the best creative talents together with the most data-driven marketeers. We are the face to our growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Own the customer acquisition strategy and experimentation roadmap for Paid Social & Search channels (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Google etc.) across core European countries
  • Establish best practices for campaign setup, optimisation, and management
  • Manage and nurture strategic partnerships, serving as the primary point of contact for Sales representatives - strategically and operationally
  • Collaborate closely with the data team and leverage tools to measure and analyse performance
  • Work with tech teams to develop and enhance automation and measurement tools for marketing efficiency
  • Evolve and oversee channel specific marketing automation


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing and customer acquisition in a direct-to-consumer and/or app-based business
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a fast-growing technology company
  • Analytical mindset  - i.e. you have experience with automating reports and you are confident in excel,
  • Strong grasp of several digital marketing platforms (i.e. Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Experimentation experience and mindset with a proven track record of executing A/B tests and translating data into insights
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • You are proficient in English, German is a plus

Skills Required

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing and customer acquisition
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a fast-growing technology company
  • Experience with automating reports and confidence in excel
