What you'll Be Doing: We’re hiring a Paid Social Manager to lead hands-on execution across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), with additional platforms including TikTok and Pinterest. This role blends strategic thinking with deep, day-to-day campaign ownership.
You’ll be responsible for turning creative, audience strategy, and data into scalable growth.
*This role is based onsite in Pleasanton, CA Monday through Friday*Compensation
- Base Annual Salary: $114,000 - $151,000
- Annual Bonus: Up to 10%
Your Impact:
- Own paid social execution across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns end-to-end:
- Audience strategy (prospecting, retargeting, lookalikes)
- Creative testing frameworks
- Budget pacing and bid optimization
- Work closely with design and content teams to request, test, and iterate ad creatives
- Analyze performance across the funnel and identify optimization levers
- Manage creative testing velocity and performance learnings
- Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and event setup
- Produce clear performance reporting and insights for stakeholders
- Stay on top of platform updates, best practices, and emerging formats
What you Bring:
- 4+ years of hands-on paid social experience
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager
- Experience running campaigns on TikTok Ads and/or Pinterest Ads
- Strong understanding of creative performance drivers
- Highly data-driven with strong analytical skills
- Comfortable working with performance dashboards and raw data
- Experience collaborating with creative and analytics teams
Nice to Have:
- Experience scaling spend while maintaining efficiency
- Familiarity with multi-touch attribution and incrementality
- Experience optimizing for long-term value, not just ROAS
