The Paid Social Media Associate will support the strategic development, execution and optimization of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Pinterest. You will collaborate with cross functional teams on content and KPIs.   

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Drive the strategy for paid social media campaigns  
  • Ownership of paid social topline priorities, ensuring internal teams are aligned on campaign goals, timelines, and deliverable requirements 
  • Lead partnership with key media partners including Meta, TikTok and Pinterest  
  • Own campaign set up and management including: audience targeting, budgeting, creative, KPIs 
  • Drive targeting / audience strategies, including execution of Live Ramp 1P audiences 
  • Oversee performance monitoring and contribute to data-driven optimizations to help improve campaign outcomes and meet KPIs. Identify A/B testing opportunities 
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting key insights and recommendations, including audience and creative / content performance metrics 
  • Collaborate with creative and influencer teams to brief and review ad assets, ensuring alignment with platform best practices 
  • Conduct competitor and audience research to inform campaign strategy and targeting. 
  • Stay updated on platform changes, new features, and emerging trends in paid social advertising. 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing paid social campaigns, hands on keyboard  
  • Understanding of paid social media metrics & KPIs (CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.). 
  • Familiarity with pixel tracking, UTM parameters, and conversion tracking setup. 
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis. 
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills. 
  • Tech-savvy individual with an appetite to learn and grow within a performance-driven marketing team.
