We are looking for a Paid Search Specialist to develop, manage, and optimize Paid Search (SEA) campaigns across multiple markets. In this role, you will support countries with strategic guidance, ensure campaigns follow global best practices, and leverage automation, AI, and first-party data to drive measurable business growth.
What You’ll Do
Paid Search Strategy & Execution
  •  Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads / Search Ads 360 campaigns across multiple markets.
  •  Implement AI-driven campaign structures, including Smart Bidding, Responsive Search Ads (RSAs), and audience signals.
  •  Ensure campaigns follow global naming conventions, governance, and best practices.
  •  Use first-party and consented data to improve targeting and audience segmentation.
  •  Implement feed-based automation and scripts to improve campaign efficiency and scalability.
Performance & Optimization
  •  Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as CPA, conversion value and lead quality.
  •  Translate performance data into actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  •  Support markets with budget allocation strategies and performance forecasting.
  •  Identify growth opportunities through search trend analysis, testing, and audience insights.
Data & Reporting
  •  Use Funnel.io to integrate and standardize marketing data from multiple sources.
  •  Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track channel performance and business impact.
  •  Analyze campaign performance using GA4 and attribution insights.
  •  Ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency across tools and markets.
Collaboration
  •  Partner with local markets, agencies, and internal stakeholders to drive Paid Search performance.
  •  Work closely with performance specialists, marketing teams, and data analysts to deliver insights and improvements.
What You Bring
Experience
  •  4+ years of experience in Paid Search (SEA).
  •  Experience managing large-scale or multi-market Google Ads accounts.
  •  Hands-on experience with automation, AI-based bidding strategies, and campaign scaling.
Technical Skills
  •  Google Ads
  •  Search Ads 360
  •  GA4
  •  Feed-based campaign tools (e.g., Channable, DataFeedWatch)
Additional Skills
  •  Strong analytical mindset and data interpretation skills.
  •  Experience working in Agile environments.
  •  Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  •  Strong organizational and time-management skills

Skills Required

  • BSc in Marketing, Communications, Data/Business Analytics, or related field
  • 4+ years in Paid Search advertising across multiple markets
  • Advanced experience with Google Ads automation and AI-driven bidding strategies
  • Strong skills in Power BI and data modeling
  • Experience with first-party data and predictive audiences
